CIRCUIT EXPERIENCE (CE)/MSL CUP
Tijdens de Circuit Experience/MSL Cup dagen is het mogelijk voor de groepen 3 & 4 om te kiezen of zij mee willen doen aan de MSL CUP, je kan ook kiezen om alle sessies vrij te rijden.Motorsport Lifestyle organiseert circuitdagen die het voor iedereen mogelijk maakt om op het circuit te rijden. Beginners kunnen zo kennismaken met circuitrijden. De meer ervaren circuitrijders kunnen hun techniek en rijritme bijhouden. Om het voor iedereen interessant en leerzaam te maken, worden de deelnemers naar niveau ingedeeld, zodat iedereen aan het einde van de dag sneller, veiliger en beter rijdt.

5 sessies 20 minuten (optie MSL CUP als 5e sessie
vier verschillende groepen Circuit Experience. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en snelheid word je ingedeeld.
maximaal 5 deelnemers per Marshall gereden.

Programma Circuitexperience/MSL CUP

GROEPEN
Groep 1(2.30-3.15)
(geen/beperkte circuitervaring ,sportief) De dag wordt begonnen met een uurtje theorie, daarna gaan de deelnemers de baan op om onder deskundige begeleiding van onze Marshalls het circuit te verkennen. Deelnemers die voor het eerst rijden, starten altijd in groep 1.

Groep 2 (2.20-2.45)
(beperkte/voldoende circuitervaring, snel) Deze groep start 's ochtends onder begeleiding van een Marshall en begint met een uurtje theorie, daarna gaan de deelnemers de baan op om onder deskundige begeleiding van onze Marshalls het circuit te verkennen. In de middag laten wij de keuze geheel aan de deelnemers of zij achter de Marshalls willen blijven rijden of willen/kunnen vrijrijden.

Groep 3 (2.13-2.25 min)
(voldoende circuitervaring, zeer snel) Deze groep zal in alle sessies volledig vrij kunnen rijden. Uiteraard is het mogelijk om instructie te vragen.

Groep 4 (1.57-2.12)
(veel circuitervaring,experts) Deze groep rijdt geheel vrij.

MSL CUP
Tijdens de Cupdagen is er voor de groepen 3 en 4 de volgende dagindeling mogelijk:
4 sessies vrij rijden en de 5e sessie is een wedstrijd van 7 ronden.

Voor de plaatsen 1 t/m 3 zal er per klasse een beker uitgereikt worden. CUP wordt verreden in een A en een B groep

A groep: helft van aantal deelnemers (afgerond naar boven),
B groep: rest

Je mag inschrijven als je door Motorsport Lifestyle geregistreerde rondetijd is:

A groep 2.10 - 1.59 (inschrijven in groep 4)
B groep 2.20 - 2.10 (inschrijven in groep 3)

Indien de deelnemer niet aan deze rondetijden kan voldoen zal deze automatisch in de vrij rijden groep starten.

Technische baan met uitdagende hoogteverschillen in de duinen van Zandvoort.

GELUIDSLIMIET 93 Db.

Lengte van de baan: 4.320 meter.
Breedte van de baan: 10 - 12 meter.
Aantal bochten: totaal 15, rechts 10 en links 5.

Faciliteiten paddock
Sanitaire voorzieningen en elektra zijn aanwezig. Tevens is het mogelijk om een pitbox te huren voor € 160 per dag, voorzien van elektra (32amp), douche, toilet. Wilt u de avond ervoor ook al in de pitbox verblijven dan geld een extra toeslag van € 75 per nacht.

Het is ook mogelijk om bij de boeking een plek in een pitbox te huren. Deze kost € 40 per dag, aankomst de avond ervoor niet mogelijk.

Circuitservice
Onze eigen banden- /raceservice is tijden het hele evenement aanwezig. Je kunt hier terecht voor montage en balanceren van banden en voor onderdelen (clip-ons, remblokken, hendels, oliën, smeermiddelen etc). De meest voorkomende maten banden zijn op voorraad, afwijkende maten dienen vooraf besteld te worden.

Cancellation insurance
We offer herewith the option to conclude a voluntary cancellation insurance.
* Only to be booked directly when booking your training

This cancellation insurance will reimburse costs incurred in case of cancellation on one of the following grounds:

Death, serious illness, serious accident, or pregnancy of the insured person or of a ‘risk’ person. ‘Risk’ persons are minors or first-degree relatives who require nursing care.
Damage to property (vehicle) of the insured person due to fire, natural disasters, serious accidents or criminal acts (such as burglary).
Loss of permanent employment of the insured person due to an unexpected business-related termination of the employment contract by the employer.
Commencing work under an employment contract, provided that the policyholder was registered as unemployed at the time of booking.
Unexpected call on the policyholder to serve in the army, insofar as the same cannot be postponed, and the cancellation costs will not be reimbursed by another cost centre.
Retaking of exams at a school or university in which the policyholder was not previously successful, wherein a failure to retake the exam would result in an extension of the course of study.

* This cancellation insurance only covers the cost of the training and the motorbike rental. Caution! It does not cover any travel and accommodation costs that you may incur. You must recover the same under your travel insurance.

Cancellation insurance can protect you against the financial consequences of cancellation.

Cancellation refund policy

In case of cancellation by the participant between four and six weeks before the event (42 to 28 days) 30% of the total payment will kept as a credit on your account.
In case of cancellation by the participant within four weeks (28 days) before the event 50% of the total payment will be kept as a credit on your account.
The last two weeks (14 days) before the event 100% of the total payment will be kept as a credit on your account.

In order to claim on the basis of any of the aforesaid grounds for cancellation, the policyholder shall notify the cancellation within three days after the ground for the same arises. Such notification shall be sent in writing, with a statement of reasons, to: Stichting Motorsport Lifestyle., Fluorietweg 23 d, 1812 RR Alkmaar, of per email aan info@motorsportlifestyle.nl. Failure to meet any of the aforesaid requirements shall exempt the insurance company from reimbursement of costs.

Terms and Conditions

Participation in training is at your own risk. The entrant waives any claim for liability of Motorsport Lifestyle, the instructors and other employees, the circuit and the other participants, for any damages whatsoever including consequential damage and personal injury.
Motorsport Lifestyle, its instructors and other employees, and the circuit are compared with the participants, those participants accompanied and other visitors as well as their heirs and / or their assigns and / or other third parties are not liable for any personal and / or material and consequential damages of any kind or extent whatsoever, during the stay on the circuit in which Motorsport Lifestyle organizes trainings and during or resulting from participation in this training or any other by Motorsport Lifestyle organized activity is incurred, regardless of the cause, except for intentional and gross negligence, and - if and insofar as insurable - the maximum insurable amount.
The participant is required to have adequate liability/health insurance, tailored to the risks that participation in training entails.
The participant declares that he/she knows that following circuit training, even though much care and safety requirements are observed by the organizer, entails increased risk.
The participant declares that he/she agrees to the above, and that he / she is all by him / her damage to property outside the orbit of Motorsport Lifestyle, its instructors and employees, and on the circuit and the people working there will reimburse.
The participant is familiar with the applicable noise restrictions on track, when crossing that exclusion from the race training takes place without any compensation on the part of Motorsport Lifestyle.
Entrant agrees with published images of him / her to be made for promotional purposes of Motorsport Lifestyle, instructional materials, etc.
Motorsport Lifestyle reserves the right in cases of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions and safety of the race courses or parts thereof to expenses without any financial compensation and refund of course fees occurs. Motorsport Lifestyle is not liable for the condition of the track or facilities.
The participant is familiar with the obligations concerning the wearing of protective clothing, including a piece or two-piece leather overalls, helmet, leather gloves and boots and a CE approved back protector. The participant is aware of the meaning of applicable flag signals and the clues that it entails and the directions and instructions of the instructors and other staff of The Race Academy and will follow on pain of exclusion from further participation in the race course without any refund of course fees or compensation for damages by The Race Academy.
The participant is responsible for the by Motorsport Lifestyle issued transponder and transponder holder. The participant is fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement in the case of damage or loss is a participant. (699,-)

Making a Booking
The agreement (registration) is achieved by accepting the participant of the offer of Motorsport Lifestyle. In other words: you sign up for a course, which in general will be done via the website.
After the registration you will receive confirmation in the form of an e-mail. The registration may be revoked : revocation shall as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after acceptance.

Payment Terms
Make sure we have received the amount within 3 days.
Registrations are allowed in order of payment, no payment is no security for a place.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation
The participant can cancel his registration free of charge within 24 hours after the booking is made.

In case of cancellation by the participant till six weeks before the event (42 days) the administration costs of 50.00 euro will be charged.
In case of cancellation by the participant between four and six weeks before the event (42 to 28 days) 30% of the total payment will be charged.
In case of cancellation by the participant within four weeks (28 days) before the event 50% of the total payment will be charged.
The last two weeks (14 days) before the event cancellation is not possible anymore. The participant is responsible for the total (outstanding) payment.

Please pay attention to the terms of a replacement rider from the general terms and conditions. With cancellation insurance it is possible, if the conditions are met, to get the total payment reimbursed.

Replacement rider
When a participant is not able to attend the event due to personal circumstances, it is possible to sign up a replacement rider free of charge. This replacement rider has to be signed up at least two days before the event, in writing or by email at info@motorsportlifestyle.nl.
